master cylinder rebuilt with kit... works for few months....

I rebuilt the master cylinder thinking i solved my problem.. okay wrong. tomaro i leave for college in the morning and today it decides to go out. my question is why? the cylinder itself is smooth no scratches. it was honed and everything.. it leaks internaly and none of the seals have a scratch or hole of any sort on them. after a while the clutch just does not come back up. also what are your sugestions. another rebuild kit would probly fail too right? are there more robust internal aftermarket kits out there then what i can find at nappa? i've even swaped the whole assembly with another cars and same problem a month or 2 down the road... fluid bypass. so what the hell is wrong with this thing? when i tak eit apart there is fluid on the wrong side of the plunger thats how i know its bypassing

I usually buy rebuilt ones and replace both the master and slave at the same time, along with a braided clutch line. Do it once, do it right, be done with it for years.
