low compression

if there is literally 0 compression in the rear, will the car not start? I've checked for spark, fuel, flooding, and it doesn't start. The battery is good, alternator is new, coil packs are new/used courtesy of fritz flynn, starter is good, spark is slightly weak, but still does not turn over. It sounds really weak when it is cranking... any help thanks!

If you have a blown rotor, then yes, it's possible that the car won't want to start. More likely you've blown both rotors. I'd get a compression check done as your next step, but I'm sure you know that :)

More info please! What happened during the last drive? Has the car been sitting up for months on end? You need the pressure from the compression to help the fuel/air mixture explode. When I blew my engine, I had zero compression on the rear rotor. I was still able to crank the car up and drive it 10 miles over to my parents house.
