Lots O smoke!

Ok well i searched through www.barotary.com for about an hour and still havent found what im looking for. So the question still remains. This is my second FC3s its a 88 GXL. I was just wondering what causes smoking during warm up?.... In the morning or even after i've driven the car for awhile and shut it off for about an hour or two. When I start it, it shoots out ALOT of white smoke can't explain the smell but the shit burns your eyes. It smokes for about 2-3 minutes. Also my clutch. The clutch it self ingages fine no slipping or anything for that matter it shifts fine but its super soft. Like so soft it gets stuck to the floor sometimes. I tryed bleeding the clutch and it cured it for about 30 minutes so im thinking that bleeding the clutch has nothing to do with it. Could a bad throw out bearing be the cause? Any help would be great. Im still not super familliar with rotaries so forgive me for the newb questions.

compression check the engine to see what you have..it may be a coolant seal..you burnin coolant?...do you have to put in coolant ..constantly?..and as far as the clutch goes ..it sounds like one of the parts of the hydraulic clutch system..either master or slave..if you bleed it and it does the same thing after you have bled it ..it is one of the cylinders..best thing for this is to replace both..(about 90 bucks, according to some guys who had the same problem)

The car doesn't seem to be burning alot of coolant I dont really have to refill it all the time it holds coolant fine. but if this "might " be the problem then i should change them before it becomes one. you know where I can get coolant seals online? and about my clutch I pretty much got the same response on www.barotary.com. So i'm gonna get new cylinders.

Thanks for the response.
