the only for sure way to check the seals is by doing a compression check. I don't really understand what you mean with the front rotor exiting oil?

the right way to check the seal is whit a compression check i know that.but my motor was alone in my garage..at least , i can check the general condition of my apex seal whit a manual compression check. i turn the motor many time and small amounth off oil start to spil out, on the rear rotor exhaust port( only the rear rotor). this is normal? internal oil leak?

if you want to compression test the motor on the floor of the shop ..hook the transmission and starter on to the engine and apply 12 volts directly to the starter..take the compression reading from each housing from the lower plug holes with the throttle body stuck wide open..you will get a fair idea of what you have as a engine..the compression check should be done when warm but in this case it is not possible..Not sure about the oil ..maybe they placed oil in the housings ..to prevent the internals..any how..Bonne Chance.
