Ignition coil grounds
1 Attachment(s)
This is super noobie but I installed new ignition coils but I am not sure if there is something that connects to this from the coil.

Nope

It's for connecting to a tach for diagnostic purposes. And it's never to be grounded.

Optional grenade launcher trigger wire.
Only the JB007 RX7 was equipped with this...(James Bond..)...LOL! Sorry,I had to.. Seriously though,as Satch said that is just a Tach signal wire.It can be used If you hook up an aftermarket Tach,(or use the wire on the Trailing coil,it has a connector like that too). Sometimes the trailing will lose it's signal so you can jumper that connector to the trailing connector to provide tach signal.(BUT if you got Tach signal NOW the do not worry about that connector you are asking about, just leave it be.) |
