Check for vacuum leaks. Check that every wire you removed (and every wire you may have accidentally and unknowingly popped off) is hooked up.

Especially look at the AFM. This is how a car should act if the AFM is unplugged.

What procedure did you follow for removing these items?

I suggest looking through Rotary Resurrection's emissions removal page. Make sure that you hooked everything back up the way you're supposed to.

How high does it rev when it revs up?

like 1 or 2,000 but i got it to idle but it wont stay in one stop it revs up to like 3,500ish then back down to 2,000

It sounds like you've got a pretty big vacuum leak. I would look all around for one. If you cannot find any unhooked hoses, or uncapped vacuum nipples there's something you can do. If you can get the car idling on its own (I know you said you can get it to idle, but I don't know if you have to really work at it once it's going). Then take a can of carb cleaner, and very carefully spray around the vacuum tubes, and gasket areas. If you have a vacuum leak it will suck in the carb cleaner, and your engine will run a little different for a second.

I've been on here a lot recently so feel free to post up info, but you would probably get a lot more responses in the 2nd gen technical section. There's a lot of really knowledgable guys in there.

hey i did everything on that list and still doesnt wanna idle and i know i dont have leaks

What did you do when you removed the OMP? S5 ecu needs the OMP signal to the engine to run right, otherwise you are in limp-mode.

This shouldn't effect the idle, that problem sounds like you have unmetered air (vacuum leaks.)

i just unpluged it and got a block of plate from pineapple racing
