How to read the wideband?

I got a Wideband installed on Monday and it appears to be working great ;)

Only, I am not sure how to analyze the AF read out to know if something is up or what to look out for etc... I plan to use it to help me tune the car, but wanted to know how I can best utilize it while on the go, when not tuning. (i.e. if my it goes above/below x it's bad... but play from y-z is ok)

Edit: '93 RX7, Single Turbo. wideband sensor is located about 4ft down the pipe, before the cat/midpipe.

-At idle its stead at around 11.6/11.7

-When I am cruising around 2.5-3.5k rpm it is around 12~14.

-As I start to open the throttle for a pass, it can climb up to the low 15.x+

-On Decel/engine braking it's around 15.x

-On boost it drops to low 10.x's

So I vaguely grasp the concept of the stoich... value of 1 = 14.7 so higher than 14.7 is lean and 14.7 less= rich...kind of deal, so as far as I can tell my car is running rich for most cases except on engine braking and moderate acceleration (without boost).

Any input on my numbers, feedback on using a wideband, or advice/tips would be appreciated. :)

Thanks,

~CYD
