how hard is this conversion?

Iv got a series 2 12a non turbo and I'm wanting to to drop a series 5 turbo into it. I'm getting a half cut so should get most parts right? My question is what problems am I goin to have and is there a better way to go? Besides 20b haha

12a timing cover conversion ( including adding the drain fitting for the turbo )
the s5 water pump housing will need a small grind on the back to fit the 12a timing cover
N304 GSL-SE sump and elongated oil pickup

.. slot the engine mounts 10mm on the breast plate,, and 10 mm on the foot ( 20 mm total )

you will need a surge tank and a decent fuel pump , EFI fuel hose, a relay
( and an aftermarket ecu if you dont want the headache of moving the stock ecu )

you will then need to change the exhaust.. anything the 12a had will hold the 13bt engine back.. not allowing much boost before exhaust back pressure kills the fun

NB

oz and NZ and jap and britain and bali have steering box on the turbo side and need to do the flip and file trick with the s5 exhaust manifold to shift the turbo adjacent the front rotor housing

PS... if you have s5 front cut.. the ecu is a pain in the arse.. especially if your using the 12a timing cover and no EOMP
if using the stock s5 ecu you will have to dangle the unused but connected EOMP unit somewhere in the bay
