Housings & storage = *PSI? S5t2

Hello, wondering if this is Normal or is one of those issues that's tossed up and never solved.
My question is readings on compression not being believable to performance of vehicle.
S5 T2 ,130,000km 20-35km on rotors JDM N374

60psi on all faces front and rear on newer rotors, BUT! old housings(seals unknown age 10,000-40,000)

If I'm "correct", would this be normal after a 9 months-year, being that the housings are used/cold test would show up as such? That question we assume it leads to Springs being seized or overall vacuum.

Story/running:
To my knowledge besides a vacuum leaks/ go hard flooding; It would never hesitate to start and idle without those mishaps. Yet upon someone removing and testing lead to numbers that aren't possible in my mind. Cold and HOT starts.
The only issues when running was boost(limp mode 3k rpm) due to poor vacuum routing.

TimeLine
Running last year October? timing/ E*I Shaft was changed so the car was Stored 8 Months. Removed on 9 or 10 and tested.

Does anyone have any other conclusions or just one of those stories where the engine runs and performs fine for extremely long time due to old build?

test taken from wrong plug or not done at full 250 + rpms or at WOT .. 60 psi all faces will normally require push start to get the comp up at the faster start rpm

Thanks, test was taken in least "optimal situation", I assume once cranked it will give new results.
