Housing question

Hey guys, I've got two FD housings for my T2 rebuild but one has been "eye browed" for a bridge port but i'm not planning on bridge porting my engine, will it be ok to use as normal?

I wouldn't use them.

My thought process is as such:

Depending on the "eye brow" size you will likely have a smaller or larger engine internal exhaust gas and intake air mixture occurring in that area; Typically known as overlap but a little different in this instance since the intake stroke will not be pressurized (since there is no bridgeport there). The standard intake port will be pressurized but it will be filling the rotor and leaking into the exhaust stroke (and vise versa) while doing so.

You will likely have the downsides of a bridgeport without the benefits of the bridgeport.

They could work, but I suggest only using them in a budget build where power isn't the primary focus.
