Hi rotorheads need help with my holley. Does anyone know the correct pressore I need to be seeing at the carb? its a racing beat intake having probs with stalling and the inside of my filter can splashed with gas. when I come to a stop the car chokes and dies.

3 1/2 to 4 pounds is plenty. If you have more than the float can overcome you flood out your motor as the flow won't shut off. Is your float level set correctly? Is the needle and seat in good condition?

Holley take 6 psi, Also sounds like you need to adjust the needle and seats. search the web on this topic...good luck

NEWSFLASH!!!!! im an idiot. I had the retrn line into the air cleaner which i took for a vapor line!Holleys dont need a retrn like the nikki I was replacing. the old owner had the vapor line capped which didnt help. So I went and spent $240 on new holley reg, pmp, lines, fittings etc for nothing bt now I have a brand new system from front to back which isnt a bad thing and I helped the economy too. thanks for the help boys and if ya need help wrenching dont ask me LOL
