High rpm bog out issue

Okay so I have a 91 fc with a Na 13b with a street port when I take off first and second pull hard and run good but after that I start getting to the top end of 3rd Amd it boggs out and does so in 4th and 5th I can ease the throttle and Cruze no problem but if I give it to Much it Boggs but doesn’t die I unlplugged the top injectors and the car still ran ? Is that normal? do I need a tuned Ecu? Bigger top injectors? Someone please help I’ve been throwing to much money at this thing because the body is so clean and it runs great besides that

When you say, "bog," what exactly do you mean. If the torque just kinda dies off at the top end, check to see if your 5/6 port actuators are functioning properly. If they don't open correctly the engine will starve for air at high rpm.

Curious if you found a solution to your issue? I have an '85 GSL-SE doing very much the same thing.

Mine will drive hard and smooth through redline when cold. After about 20 minutes on the road, I get a bogging behavior under moderate to hard acceleration (3rd gear). It gets progressively worse as I continue to drive, affecting other gears as well, eventually to a point where any acceleration in any gear bogs down.

However, if I slip the car out of gear the engine DOES rev freely all the way through redline, no bogging, smooth as can be.

If I allow the car to cool for 15 minutes or so it then will drive normally again.

oxygen sensor or fuel filter, maybe?

check these out and see if anything in them helps:
