Help with water trick please?
I've searched for it, but can anyone give me a step by step for the water trick on a S5 turbo? Pics would be really helpful.

It's an FD? There are two nipples on the passenger side of the UIM, you can't miss them.
Edit: just saw you have an S5. Look for two vacuum nipples, one front and one rear. Sorry I can't be more descriptive ;) |
No pictures? :( Got fully lost trying to find somewhere before, main problem was it's not as easy as when i've worked on my mates inlines(Skylines, Integras, Pulsars).

s5 NA or turbo? There are several versions of rotary engine, you will have to learn to be more descriptive and precise when asking for help, as the answer can vary greatly depending on what you are working with.

there are three vacuum lines behind the alternator attached to the manifold just behind the throttle body.
There is another one above the turbo in the center of the upper intake manifold where the upper and lower intake manifolds join. the back side of the upper intake manifold also has a couple vacuum lines. Are you just doing this as a test or, in hopes of raising compression, or ??? Nothing wrong with doing it but just curious as to why you are doing it. |
I said it was a s5 turbo in the first post? :S Well just wanted to mainly test it out, anything from smoother running to higher compression would be awesome, but mainly just curious about it.
