HELP!!! A simple Question?!
Am I correct in assuming the only difference between my 13b na and a 13b TII are the rotor housings. If so, why is everyone telling me to get any sort of horsepower I need to replace my 13b na with a TII engine. Can I just replace the housings? My 13b na only has 10,000 miles since a complete rebuild (previous owner) seems a shame to toss a perfectly good engine. The more I learn here the more confused I get. HELP!!!!!! I need more horesepower!!!

TII is turbocharged. It has lower compression rotors because of this. Most people think that it is easier to change out the N/A motor with a turbo instead of aquiring the parts needed to turbocharge a non-turbo motor and then possibly be limited on the amount of boost you can run because of higher compression.
To see whats needed to turbocharge your N/A motor, go to www.rotaryresurrection.com |
Thanks, that's a great site!

also, the turbo has for inlet ports and the non turbo has 6. the extra 2 are known as auxilary ports. You will hear that mentioned alot. The aux port actuators will be an issue if you at a turbo to a non turbo motor.
