Fuel injectors

how can you tell if there effed up? i got some nice black shit on the bottom of one of mine. badness?

they read like they are gummed up but you can tell if you have the injector tool to read each one and see if they are flowing good... but seeing that they arent that expinsive i would just replace them if you have them out and i recomened finding a place that sells the b/g fuel treatment product. its a 3 stage kit that you put one can into the gas tank, one you clean the throttle body with and the thrid you hook up so it sprays threw the injectors. this kit is sold to shops only i believe. but it is amazing how clean it can get everything and how much better it runs

yea but things you put into your gas tank require it to actually run which it doesnt...and injectors arent cheap...there like 350 bucks everywhere ive gone to

Send them out for service. Don't know who does it up north, might try the Candian forum.

so they will have a buisness specified for fuel injector cleaning and that?

RC Engineering - Torrance, CA ~$25/injector
WitchHunter Performance - Bothell, WA ~$15/injector

I had 8 done by WitchHunter. Have not installed yet, but turnaround time was good.
