freeze plugs ?
 

are there any freeze plugs behind the flywheel ?

I have a 13b bolted to the transmission that the fellow I got it from says popped a freeze plug in there, IS there a freeze plug there ?

I have found NO pictures of the rear of the engine without the flywheel mounted.

{I WILL be removing the engine from the tranny and so be able to see for myself, but not real soon, and the idea that it could be a cracked housing because there ARE no freeze plugs back there bugs me greatly.}

I would bet there is.&nbsp I know at least the 86+ 13B's all had them.

Some had four, others had five. It depends on the year.
