Fifteen's versus Sixteens?

Other than appearance, are there any advantages to be gained if you upgrade from 15 inch wheels/tires to 16 inch? Does it improve handling? If so, how? How would it affect fuel economy? Thanks.

Huh? What kind of car is this first off? Well you don't lose/gain anything really with wheels. I mean you can lose some weight. Wouldn't have anything to do with handling unless they are wider rims. Fuel economy? Um....
