at what PSI should my fuel pressure guage read, its a 91 turbo? right now its reading about 40

The stock FPR is referenced to manifold pressure during certain conditions which is controlled via a solenoid, by the ecu, post at what conditions your pressure was at 40 psi, and then you can find out if its right or not..Max
