fc 1989-1991 uk turbo 2 warm tick over poor
ok my car is a 1989-1991 rx7 fc turbo 2 uk car,
stock ecu number n380 mods 3" exhaust + turbo creep mod airfilter electric fans ally rad braded hoses stock boost all emitions devices removed car ran fine bit slow but only .5-.6bar boost (use to 1.2 on a mr2 turbo) no probs was happy all day long every condition hot cold ect. put new ecu on its a n374 with a buddy club chip drives fine but once walm idle sits at 850-800 for about 10 secs then drops and is eratic between 600-850 up and down all the time. tap throttle idles betwwen 5-10 secs at 850 then drops back to 600 and is up and down again. put on n380 ecu stock ecu and runs fine???? any ideas? or does the n374 ecu need resetting? or the air control valve need adjusting dont wanna just adjust it just to make it go away. also i dont have aircon so cant be anything like that. |
dont know whey it would make a diffrance but adjusted the afm screw 1/4 a turn and it idled perfectly turned it more and did nothing moved it back to where it was origanaly and went back to iratic idle both ecus now run fine any ideas????

no one has any sugestions on this no? apart from dont run the buddy club ecu.
