Electric fan option opinion/questions

Is there any better junkyard radiator fan that is better than ford escort fan and fits with in the dimensions of a s4 radiator?

Well after i finally got my new radiator in and got my cooling issues better, i think that my for escort radiator fan does a ok job. I just want to improve from it and keep everything as cool as i can. I thought about going flex a lite but the money is not there at the moment.

Thanks
Eddie

Absolutely, nearly any other fan is better. Did you read any of the 2-3 GIANT threads on e-fans....several options are presented. One is the Mercury Villager. Some also like the Lincoln Mark VII.

Please revisit these threads in question and READ all the pages. Every possible opinion and option known to date is covered.

How To Properly Install An Electric Fan

Thanks aaron, i actually found your link a while after i posted this. Ethier way all i was asking was about better fan wich im going villager eventually. I dont think my ford escort fan is keeping up at this moment plus i have to put a blanket on my turbo anyways to keep the underhood temperature down some. I'm trying different things before i do it because it only get hot when im going down the road but i figure out too that my aftermarket gauge is not reading right ethier because the gauge will read 210°f and my microtech is only reading 88 to 90° c wich around 190 ish. I'm planning to hook up the a/c back too so me and the wife can have longer trips with it. I just wanted to address any heat issues.

If it gets hot when going down the road, the fan isn't the issue.
