Which Carb (off-road)

I'm in the process of rebuilding a 12a to put in my sandrail, and although I've got a combo in mind I wanted to ask the community what they thought was the best carb for off-road use.

I'm building this car specifically for trips to the Dunes. Which means jumps, bumps, and extreme angles of operation (climbing, descending, and 'banking'. ~30 degrees).

I need a carb setup that can handle all this without severe slosh. Is there any good option?

/Yes, I searched...

you can use webber side drafts, an old 13B truck carb, or a holly. I have seen all of these used and they all work well after you tune them for what you want to do.

we built a 13b turbo with a wolf-3d and installed it in a sandrail for a customer.

Stupid fast!!. The V8's actually packed up and left.

What about Mikuni side-drafts? I really like the way the dual-44 side-draft Mikunis fit on top of the motor, would work well for my application. Are they any good off-road?
