Car wont start tried everything

Hi guys - Been trawling through the forums all weekend trying to figure this out.
Tried everything i have read and nothing seems to work.

il try explain it best as i can

Bought a car about a month ago (FD rx7 92 STOCK apart from a cat back exhaust)
Now the problem with this was when accelerating under load it would hit fuel cut at about 4k revs no matter the gear. - We figured this might be blocked or faulty secondary injectors.

So what i did was take the UIM off to check vacuum hoses and injectors - texted the secondarys and they were opening and closeing. While i was there i replaced all the vacuum hose with silicon as some cracked.
While i had the UIM off i decided to do the poor mans non sequential.

I put everything back together and the problem was the exact same - someone sugested a fuel pump. Bought a slightly uprated fuel pump and fitted it - this was now running very rich but running and still hitting fuel cut at 4k revs

So bought injectors and rails off a user on here - took everything off and put the new injectors in (primaries and secondarys) and the new FPR

When we atempted to start it after everything was back together it was cranking but not catching and wouldnt fire up - could smell fuel and looked under the car, there was petrol leaking.
Took everything apart again to see that one of the secondary injectors wasnt seated right in the rail, so replaced this with our original one to eliminate a fuel leak again and replaced high end fuel pump with original (as this worked before)

Tried to fire it up again but same problem - this time jacked car up to see petrol leaking from the turbos - Engine seems flooded - Tried every unflooding procedure i could find. (plugs out crank with full throttle 15secs egi fuse out)
Put in Auto Trans Fluid into Leading holes with a syringe to keep lubed/let it build compression.
Different plugs in incase the plugs didnt work and tried to crank with no luck

I tried every coil lead with a plug and cranked to make sure they were sparking and they all sparked.

We even tried towing it at 15/20mph and bump starting but it would not catch

Iv currently got it all apart again and really just cant figure out what i need to do to get this to start/run

Sorry for the long post and any help would be fantastic.
Thanks
Kieran

do a compression test

Compression was fine - Was actually a loose wire to the fuel pump - after that it still wouldnt start and turned out to be flooded.

All sorted now - just need a power FC

Thanks for the help
