car will start but if not given any gas it would die

So I left to los cabos for 3 weeks and I just got back , I tried to start my fc (1990s5 n/a) and at first white smoke came out and it would die if not given gas , then I tried again no smoke but same thing ,it would die if not given any gas , I then started to give it gas an hold it around 5 to 3000 rpms . But then again once off the gas it would shut down on me , it was running fine before I left for vacation, I even had tooken it a week before I left to a mechanic in SD that works on rotarys , everything in the engine , compression , sonoids were good , good fuel pump and pressure, good Injectors, they were even cleaned and rail . I try the one way to unflood it by cranking it without a fuse , then try with it , I tried a few times , the engine did sound a Lil better , but same it wouldn't stay on , I am gonna take the spark plugs out and lub my seals , but I would like help from anyone on here , since I am new first owner of a fc rotary car ,

Probably flooded, and if so, it may have fouled the spark plugs.

even if the plugs are brand new if you flood the car the plugs can get fouled

If the car was running and then it decides not to start the timing just does not go Out of Whack.
Flooded.
