Specimen is a 13b out of. GSL-SE

First, apex seals and the springs fit or they don't. right? I do not remember hearing a click. but everything "looks" ok

now for my main question.

I got the front rotor together dropped the intermediate housing and taped in home with may palms and since I have the inquisitiveness of an 8 year old boy... I turned the e-shaft. The intermediated housing was seated but not "screwed" down. I cannot see any reason this would cause me issues. But before I go further I thought I would check.
