Can I use a true wide band O2 with my Greddy O2 gauge?
The greddy O2 is a 4 wire and is a wide band. The only problem I would think is that extra wire. I know one of the wires on a 5wire O2 is for calibrating or something.
Some people say the Greddy is a cheap gauge and comes with a narrow O2. This is totally untrue since it comes with its own wide band controller and has an output for a narrow band gauge, or ecu input. So the question is can I use a 5wire sensor with the greddy gauge? Does anyone happen to know what all 5 wires do? If it does turn out to work, I think this would be a great gauge since no company has come out with a decent looking wide band gauge w/ a full sweeping arm. Plus you'll have the benifit of having a warning light, and peak/hold |
GReddy uses an NTK wide-band.
Tell all those fucks who said it uses a narrow-band they are a bunch of dumbfucks. -Ted |
