A big problem Help NEEDED!!!
 

I'm about to buy an fd but the car doesn't have a title or pink and its a roller with no front end, and i'm in Arizona. it is salvage title but the person i'm buying it from only has the bill of purchase and I have to go through a major pain to make it road worthy again. the dmv is saying not to get the car because I have to get it bonded and then make it pass a level 3 inspection then I can get a salvage title. what do you guys say or think. accept or decline. thanks for the info

That's easy...decline. Save your self the headache and pic a better car/shell.
