Best way to block port going to throttle body hose?

Hi everyone,

I am installing a new shortblock in my FD. I've decided to not attach the hose going from the rear passenger side upper corner of the block to the throttle body.

What's the best way to cap this?

Thanks,

Erik

I repurposed that port as a line feeding into my AST. It's basically the highest point in the motor.

You need to use a vice grips, pull it out, then tap and plug with an NPT plug. Use oil on the tap and go slowly to bring out the shavings, also vacuum after. You can put a little put of a rag inside out to catch all the shavings.

Yup! We put a -4 fitting on it and it's ideal.
