Battery being drained!

Hey so just last week my battery started dying when I let my car sit for about a day. I checked the battery and alternator. They are working fine. However I realized that my car does not need my keys in the ignition anymore to move my sunroof, turn on my a/c, or use my wipers. So I am not sure if a relay got shorted out or if it's wiring. Any suggestions on what to check exactly or where to start looking for a solution? Thanks

The best way to check for a draw is with a multiple meter. Turn to Amps setting and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Connect the meter in series between the negative battery post and the negative cable. Next start removing fuses till the draw goes away. When u have Identified the fuse causing the draw. Use the wiring diagram in the shop manual to trace down the affected circuit or circuits. It sounds to me like you have a possible bad ignition switch or possibly something wired incorrectly (aftermarket stereo? Or Jdm foglights?). Just my 2 cents.

I would be suspect of anything more than 50 milliamperes

Yes I have a aftermarket stereo. I ejected it yesterday and it fixes it but today I went to do the same and it still was drawing power. And it's just weird cause I haven't done anything to the car recently and now just randomly it's draining.
