Autometer A/F gauge problem

Hi,
I just installed my Autometer A/F gauge thats been sitting in my room for 4 months and i dont know why but, when i finished installing the last wire, with the ignition on, there was the last bar in the rich part. I then started the car to go for a ride see if it needed a bit of cranking.

And the entire ride the 1 bar did not move from Rich.

My current setup is:
Power FC Management
Downpipe
Midpipe
Apexi N1 exhaust
Apexi Power Intakes

I checked with a test light to see if my connections were good, and everything seems in order. Ignition power is showing "ok", and the grounding is ok as well. Now i was reading on the boards, and i've seen parts where poeple we're saying, maybe the Fuel filter, which i did not change since i got the car about 8000 km ago. What i did was splice the wire to the O2 sensor with a little connector that bites both wires to make them relai.

Anyone have any idea what i did wrong?

Double check the O2 sensor wire splice. It may be open-circuiting. Those crimp-on taps sometimes look like they're making good contact, even though they aren't.

Disconnect the ECU harness (the part with the O2 wire) and check for continuity between the harness pin and the metal part of the crimp-on tap.

happened to me, was grounding on my case. I know you checked, but you can double check that
