ATF treatment or Fuel system treatment?
 

Both do the samething, remove carbon buildup, which is more effective???

They are different, aren't they? -

The ATF treatment cleans the apex seals and rotor faces..

and a Fuel System treatment... cleans the fuel injectors??

If you're talking about a Motorvac type carbon cleaning, YES do it! (although they normally go for $60) They run your engine on a solution of chemical and gasoline, it de-carbons the fuel injectors and the insides of the engine. I've seen it do absolute wonders on boingers, have yet to try it on a rotary though.
