Apex and Apexi ?? (stupid question)

Ok, I saw this ad and there was a real racecar covered in stickers. I see one Apex and one Apexi sticker. They share the same logo, so why the 2 names? I'm confused now, please help?

For some reason I recall that the company is Apex, but the international stuff is Apex-i (i=international)
Of course, I could be mistaken.

Frank, that is interesting, I have never thought/heard of that before.

From my understanding, which is mostly likely wrong :D, the company's full name is Apex Integration, hence the "i".

Maybe that is what I'd heard, can't remember. But that does make sense. I suppose that if it just says Apex that it hasn't been Integrated yet :D

This poses another question then. I've always pronounced it as Apex ee, when maybe it's Apex eye.
Hmmm

ChrisChung125 05-13-03 06:27 PM

lol i used to say apex ee too and half of the car people i know laughed at me so i said apex eye and then the other half of the car poeple laughed at me but now i'm starting to think that apex eye is right

Thanks Flyrx7 and Chris!! I have been wondering the same thing!! I pronounce it Apex eye, but then here others do the Apex ee as well.

I think it is Apex eye, since the "I" is hyphenated and singled out :)

Maybe it's just easier to buy HKS stuff instead :p:
(that I can pronounce, HiCKS, right?):D

That was meant to be "hear" , not "here" :p:

I imagine some "HERE" say Apex ee, you just can't "HEAR" them do it. ;)

Skirt the issue... call it simply "apex". I think "apex eye" is the right way to say it if you want to be complete. It is APEX Integration.
