'85 12a, 1.1L. poor performance below 3.3k RPM, Rough at Idle

Had my RX in a garage for a while and i just recently took it out, but I cant seem to pin down the problem.

Motor idles rough, if I were to floor it below 2.5k RPM, it wouldn't respond very well, and begins to actually lose power. High RPM's are no problem. I have checked the exhaust system, checked the fuel system up to the carburetor, ran Seafoam through the engine, and I have not seen much improvement I have adjusted the carb also, maybe I'm just not getting it right.

Where should I look next?

Probably going to have to dig into the carb (rebuild), or at the very least I would pull the fuel jets and make sure they aren't clogged. A clogged jet in the primary circuit would cause low power until the secondaries opened at higher rpms.

To pull the jets, you can remove the brass bolt/cap, then reach in with a screwdriver to loosen the jet. Then, use a wooden toothpick, jam it into the jet, and use that to finish removing the jet from the float bowl.
