no one has rx7 hitachi carb links,, cause no rx7 ran a hitachi carb from factory

they ran nikki carbs

hitachi is the rx4/5 13b carb

i have a carb tuning supplement that is generic for the rx7/ 323/626/ e series and it has some detail

That would explain things...lol. My intention is to with a Niki when I have the time to locate and rework one to fit the bridgeport in the rally car. It'll be 30 years April since I ran a rotary in a rally event so I'm a little behind current set ups and a bit rusty. I also have a Weber side draft but the intake is for a 6 port 13b and the motor in the car is a 4 port. From my experience the Nikki was the best carb with the bridgeport if properly reworked. any thoughts?

yes IIRC the niki is considered easier to rework than the hitachi
thinks it may take some weber or other brand fuel or air jets
and also has the fully variable throttle pump

plenty of info out there , and you might be able to find some of sterlings notes here

if you have a 13b 4 port carb manifold then a nikki can be made to fit on top
by reorganizing the stud position and stacking a couple of phenolic spacers together and port matching them to suit

however,, cant go past the flow a weber 48 downdraft manifold brings,, and the ease to get into the inside and tune them

there should be plenty of exploded view stuff for the nikki online
,, but if needed i can scan this one
though its detail in some regions is sparse ( it is generic mazda carb supplement )
some of the pages also fold out and wont fit in your standard A3/ A4 dimesnions and may be difficult to scan complete
