1993 FD3S and 1991 13B RE cores same?

Can the core of a 1991 COSMO 13B RE SEQ. TT replace the core of a 1993 FD3S RX7 TT?
Any feedback would be greatful!
Thanks!

Not directly. The motor mounts are different, for starters.

The TII tranny will mate up to a 13B-RE. However, if this is going into a FC, you'll need adaptors for the engine mounts which run ~400.

I thought the 13B-RE used the same kind of mounts as the FC?

So you can't just make your own brackets, or use some combination of 13B-RE or FC mounts?

It uses the same rubber mount, but not the hard mount. You can make your own mounts, I guess. I got mine from www.fc3s.org for $250.
