13b series?

I have a 13b, been told its a series 4 1986. it has a distributor with trailing and leading wire hookups. my question is, what coil packs do I use? how does this thing get wired up? im doing an engine swap and only have the engine. need to buy coils and spark plug wires.

86 and on used CAS for ignition. 85 and earlier used distributor. pix would help. but still could be 86 that someone swapped in a distributor.

The European market got a distributor vs a CAS for the FCs

You shouldn't need a ECU to make it work. Just a coil going to the distributor cap

so would I need 2 coil packs? one for leading one for trailing?

no, the distributor cap should have 5 holes, 2 for leading, 2 for trailing, and 1 for the coil
