After a debate with the bank, I decided I would file a small claims suit against the company. Only problem is, Im having a hard time finding their location. I know their general location thanks to Facebook, but I cannot dial in an address. Any chance you still have the box that the key came in? I actually went as far as to buy a sticker from their site just to get the return address on the postage.

I’m having an issue as well. Ordered a Spirit R steering wheel from them more than a year ago (February 2022) and was told it would take 6 weeks. I’ve followed up countless times on Instagram and email. At first they responded with excuses, but I haven’t received any response in months. PayPal denied my claim because I filed it too late (lesson learned). I have to try with my credit card company.

I placed my order of Mats in dispute on 1-17 with the c/c company, they issued a temporary credit on 1-20. 1-20 they reached out to Alphagarage and on 2-17 they responded to our c/c issuer.
