GB Interest: Illuminated RX-8 shift knobs (2nd GB)
 

We'll need at least 10 paid orders to make it happen. The price on the previous GB was $190 shipped to your door (continental US). An interest list of 15+ would be nice, but as long as we get 10 orders we can make it happen.

It's for the 5 speed RX8 knob.

Only the Automatic knobs have "Rx8" on the top.

erm...$190 for an rx-8 knob? I'm pretty sure ______ has them in the 5-speed version for $99. Maybe they're not illuminated?

Most likely not illuminated.

They are most definitely NOT.

I would love one of the illuminated ones. The first time i saw it was in your build up thread juice (which im still waiting on updates from!!) Thing is i would want to switch my led to green. :)


EDIT: Although i will not have the money for a few weeks...

Thats really funny. I was just thinking about trying out a few other LED colors and green was next on the list. When you get a knob, if you would like the LEDs changed I can do it for you. I've done my 5 speed knob and my 6 speed in blue and will be doing a swap for a local guy here in Chicago.

Ramy said in the last GB he may be able to get different colors. The LED lighting is always red, I believe.

So, let me clarify this...does the knob say rx8 on it & if not what is displayed w/the lights?

the knob displays the 5 speed gears and is illuminated in the standard red.

If all that is truely needed is one more in order to do this group buy, I will buy 2. I have a second vehicle that It may look good in.

Yay, happy to see that this is close to going through, I fitted a spare stock RX-8 knob to my S5 today to see how it felt, and I cant wait!

What is need to light this thing? Is my stock shifter hollow to allow wiring through? If so I am in for a knob with red LED
