Your total would be $125 for the tow hook + actual shipping costs to the UK. I can't tell you them right now, because I don't have the tow hooks to weigh. You can plug in some estimates on usps.com to come with an idea of the cost.
thanks, Steve |

Hopefully this isn't too offtopic...
Has anyone run into trouble sourcing the factory rear tie down that is used to mount the FEED rear tow hook? Apparently the majority of the rear tie-downs were removed at port when the cars were imported (mine included). I called Trussville Mazda and Malone told me the part was discontinued... :( |
Talk to Ray @ Malloy and he can source them.

I'll update this thread with a part number and price after talking to Ray. :) |
Thanks, ask him how many he can get as I imagine alot of us will be calling him.
|
I don't have one either on my car.
|
I think someone told me that they were around 20-25 bucks
|
Numbers for those tie-down hooks, at least on later cars....and can't imagine they would change over the series-
Front, FD01-56-221, FD01-56-231. Rear, FD01-56-251B, FD01-56-252B. Worth mentioning (may not apply in US though!), spec for track work over here is a tow hook with a minimum 40mm diameter eye. Those original ones from memory are basically a narrowish slot. May be OK for transport from Japan, but say a tow out of a gravel trap, you'd almost be assured of bodywork damage, front in particular because of their mounting position and resulting geometry of the tow line. |

When that happens, what would the ETA be on the hooks? |
Yup, Ray can get 'em for us.
Same part numbers as billyboy posted: Factory rear tie downs: FD01-56-251B, FD01-56-252B $24.51 each from Malloy (club price) *edit* Thanks for letting me butt into this thread, I already have a set of tow hooks. :) |

The OEM front tie downs are NOT required to mount the front FEED tow hook. |
Just get the rear driver side. That is all you need.
|
thanks for the clarification.
|
I'll make payment this weekend - is it even possible to request for red hooks?
|
just spray them. that is what everyone does. They only come in black.
|
^ Easy enough. Ha.
|
Will I able to sue the front toe hook w/ a GReddy FMIC and C-West front Bumper?I'm not sure how the tow hook could be accessed....

We can ask, but I'd enter the GB assuming you're getting a black tow hook, just like the previous GB.

Group Buy - FEED Tow Eyes
Hi,
It looks like this GB is still open and I'd like to get in on it. I am in England UK. Like Enfiniste, I will pay up the $145.08 now and pay the additional shipping cost when you let me know. Please note that we pay tax at about 25% on imported goods from the USA. So please don't inflate the cost of the goods on the customs declaration. Going the other way is better. Thanks for organising this GB Martin H |
|
Just a note I've sent payment - thanks.
|
|
2 more to go

BlueRex (Jason) has yet to set an end date for when all payments must be in now that we have the required 10 paid participants so you still should have time. Once he sets it make sure you get your money in on time because its not fair for the rest of us to wait on you.
Thanks! |

Golden- wait for bluerex to confirm the payment. He hasnt confirmed anything for anyone since you last posted so you are still fine. He is the only one who can confirm these.

Paid for these, delivery to UK required so please advise of extra shipping cost as per the other UK guys.
Gonna risk it with the C-West bumper, looking at pics I think it will work (rear will be fine anyway). :) |
