Hey guys, the headlights are on there way to me from Japan now. Ramy has suggested the second week of January for shipping. Anybody who wants theres shipped before then can PM me and we'll talk.

If it is after Christmas; I would say roll with it! Just make sure it is insured... LOL. that way UPS has to make it right either way.

Noooo. Not at all my friend. You just wouldn't BELIEVE how long my list of inquiries is, and so I kinda hafta spread it out over some time lol. No vendor likes having 1001 questions asked of 'em, esp. in the face of no orders attached to those inquiries. So I try and space 'em out to be 3 questions tops with each purchase. Maintaining a positive relationship w/ these vendors is VERY important to me; the LAST thing I want is for them to think I'm a headache & a flake w/ a bunch of questions but no $$. So rest assured, your question will be asked - and answered - shortly

It's NOT that easy; please keep in mind that I'm the one who has to jump through a multitude of hoops and go through all sorts of headache w/ each claim, because the SHIPPER is the only person that's allowed to file the claim (as per Fedex's rules). Plus I gotta provide 'em w/ a lengthy paper trail, etc. It's really a mess. So unless you have some REALLY extenuating circumstances (a photoshoot with 9 different magazines and a sponsorship evaluation with 4 top sponsors), I'm really inclined to lean on my discretion on this. I hope you understand

I am now in possession of the headlight kits and can distribute them at each buyers discretion during a requested week. HOWEVER, any distribution before 1/7 (the second week of January). Will limitedly absolve FDNewbie Imports of responsibility for damaged packages. This means we will ship your lights fully insured, and if damaged, we will file a claim with FedEx, BUT if they reject the claim we are relieved of the responsibility to replace the kit.

We suggest waiting, but if anyone has to have them sooner we are going to slightly limit our responsibility. Your choice.

Can you get me a quote by UPS zip 90015 please. I hate FedEx, their service sucks. Am willing to pay more for shipping, or you can just ship in my UPS account whichever is fine by me.

Not sure who I should contact about special shipping instructions. I had several incidents of theft in December and FedEx and UPS continues to leave packages at my door even though I've left specific instructions not to.

If you weren't going to request Signature on Delivery, would it be possible to? This way there is no chance of them leaving it at the door if I'm not home.

The good news is, we fully insure everything we ship, and for all shipments over $500, (and all the KS orders are), Fedex automatically requires Signature Confirmation for delivery
