Has anyone here used this stuff? It looks amazing! I watched a bunch of "independent" (user) tests and thier demo on youtube, and I'm fairly impressed. For little jobs etc. this would be so much easier than trying to braze, or weld. No setup or adjusting amps/gas/wire etc. Was thinking of ordering a small amount and trying it out.

Yes I saw the video the other day and was thinking the same thing. Buy some and give it a try. Let me know how it works, i am very interested.

I've used it to fix oil pans with good results. Anything else I've tried with it has resulted in mediocre results at best.

I tried a similar product on a cast aluminum intake manifold I was smoothing/removing the 6PI on. The stuff is called Alumaweld, and you can get it at Horror Freight. I didn't have a TIG on hand, so I tried it out and it worked well for filling in the 6PI actuator holes. I just plugged the inside of the manifold with a piece of copper and went to town with a torch and the Alumaweld. It bonds to the parent metal pretty well, I couldn't differentiate the two when grinding it down.
