Exclamation Jdm Rx7 99´

Hi,

I would like to know if the japanese RX7 year 99 (this is series8) pass EURO2 emission norm? Can I get some paper to prove that?

I need some paper for the emissions, that the car passes EURO2 norm, to get it legaly on the street. I got some paper from Mazda Europe, but on that paper there are no avalible data for this. Does anyone know something about that? Can someone help me out?

I know that there are some guys that import the JDM RX7 in Gearman (but earlier models) and they need some sort of paper... like TUV. Can someone tell me something more about that?

Or what about the european models from 93´, did they pass EURO2 norm?

Just to get the right picture. The car is already imported and register in Sweden. Now I would like to import it in my country. We are also in the European Union like Sweden, but our goverment is not happy with their registration paper... so I need to register it again. And for that I need their registration and also some papers that proves the car fulfill some standards.... I would be happy if I get some TUV papers for the car, because our govmerment likes the TUV papers.

Thanks!

In most European countries it is impossible to get an FD later than 1995 registered.
Even the UK cannot get cars later than 1998 registered and the UK is known for their easy car registering policy.
I'm surprised it could be done in Sweden !
Good luck !

thanks...

I know it is hard. But what a heck.... i ll try!

In the UK... I now that they have problems, because the car must be 10 years old or more .... something that.

If I cant register it in our country I will then register it in Sweden and drive in my country on swedesh plates. I will see what will be.

I ll report back. On the end of this month I will go to pick the car and then I will see...

I'm pretty sure there are a few 99-> on the streets here.
Can't say if the papers would be allowed in other places in europe.

i think you can import new cars than 10 years old into uk, but they require an SVA test. Anything over 10 years needs an sva test. Correct me if i'm wrong
