S5 13BT Computer on a Conversion

Im just piecing together all the bits for a S5 13B Turbo conversion into my BMW 318.
I have the rebuilt engine(with standard computer) gearbox etc... and was thinking about buying a Microtech for it. But then I wondered why not use the standard comp and save a grand?

The engines specs will be standard...stock S5 turbo, however, I would like to be able to run up to somewhere around 12-14psi boost and want to run 2x13B Turbo & 2X12A Turbo injectors, l also have a Mitsi EVO3 intercooler for it too. I will fit a fuel cut defender to it as well.
I do not want to run electronic dizzy.
Can I run this car with a standard computer?

Car will be everyday transport.

Please discuss...

Youll also need a S-AFC if you plan to use that much boost, along with a higher flowing fuel pump.

we built a huge stage II for my brothers s4 its runing 12a injectors in the secondarys and stock primarys on a stock ecu. it runs fine. the transition from prims to secondarys is smooth. RES recomended that we run the stock secondarys as well on the stageII , because were only running 8psi, there was no need for extra fuel at this stage.
B.T.W Im also rotorising a bmw E30. n/a 96 injected Jport. let us know how the projects going. I might see you at local drags soon!
