problems with Haltech in Texas
 
I sent my E6k back to Haltech in the USA for repairs ,it has been over 2 weeks and every time i call they say that they cant tell me when it would be finished,some times they dont even answer their phones or even reply to E mails.Any one ever had this sort of problems before.Getting fed up of their bs

yeah they arent very friendly either. I wish aust. wasnt so far away and so far ahead time wise. I talked with adam from aust and he was really helpful. I think the product is still good enough that Ill deal with the poor support.

How is it that you guys have so much trouble with Haltech USA??? Who are you dealing with for dealers? Most of the frustration felt at Haltech USA comes from the fact that most dealers are not doing a good job of handling their customers problems after the sale. Instead of getting mad at Haltech, people should take a closer look at who they chose to by these prodcucts from.

I never have trouble getting questions answered, and yes, I find Dell's explainations to be quite cryptic at times. However, it's MY job to solve as many of my customer's problems as possible. For them to bypass me and go straight to Haltech USA just adds to their already formidable workload, and frustrates the customer when they get the standard "have you talked to your Dealer about this" answer.

Haltech closed the US office as far as I know.
