Engine Management System ?

Which System fits my needs?

I have a 93 Rx7, engine has just been rebuilt. It's a street port and has no other performance mods. The engine runs too rich at idle and must be at most load/rpm ranges as well.
The problem is surely deeper than just the map sensor seeing low vacuum and I would like a system which I can change the fuel system input at idle at least. I don't want to use a tuner as yet but may later. The engine runs so rough at idle the vacuum at idle is only around 12 inches. The idle is real poor and I want something I can set myself. I looked at the power FC and like it however you I don't think you can adjust the timing or fuel mixture. If I dial in the map sensor with 15 inches of vacuum the engine idles much better still rich but an improvement. I am new to the Rx7 but have over 20 years of tune up and drive- ability experience and am willing to tinker a lot. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

A'PEXi S-AFCII minimum.
A'PEXi Power FC if you want ignition adjustment also.
