What is everybody using for a full range TPS sensor on their engines? I have a series 4, and I need to upgrade to a TPS that reads full range not 0-25%. Wondering if anybody has found one that is easy to install. I assume the FD has a full range, and the S5 has 2 TPS sensors, but neither are common to find in a wreckers here, and new sensors are not cheap. Hoping for a common GM sensor or something common .

Here is a shot of a bracket that I designed and machined to fit a GM style TPS on a S4 throttle body. it works well, but it was a fair bit of work to get everything machined just the way I wanted it.

All you need is to purchase an s5 cam or manufacture something similar. This is absolutely the least cost and least amount of work. No need to reinvent the wheel. You keep the s4 TPS (there is nothing limiting this from reading full resolution with the exception of the cam). I also slightly modified the TPS mounting, but it was extremely simple. We have a functional kit that includes a mount to reposition the S4 sensor and a cam to actuate it. Right now it requires the removal of the OMP rod. We're working on a modification to allow the rod to remain. PM for details.

Way to answer the call, LMS. I don't use an s4 setup anymore, but for those that still are it's about time someone offered this. Out of curiosity, is it on your site?

Not on the site. I wanted to finish the OMP rod compatibility before putting it up. That may take another 10 years though. If anyone wants a set, drop me a PM.
