ECU Compatability

2 Q's

1) If an ECU is programmed for IC, DP,MP,CB, and intake... can it be used on a car w/ less mods...

for example, only DP,MP,CB, and intake as long as I stayed at stock boost levels?

2) More Radical Approach: The Apexi SAFC doesnt add enough fuel. What if I used a Kingston replica chip( I already have one but was too scared to install it) into my stock ECU - It is supposed to richen up my fuel curves. Could I then adjust appropriately with the Apexi SAFC?!?! and avoid the risk of this replica, and not run lean?

Thanks for any help here...

1) Your stock ECU is programmed for the stock IC, DP,MP,CB, and intake. How does the stock ECU react to changes in any of these?

2) Why doesn't the S-AFC add enough fuel?

1) Actually, Im referring to an aftermarket Pettit or G-Force ECU... whether its RANGE is capable of running with or without an intercooler... if it was designed for a vehicle with an intercooler.

2) I have no facts. Just going from popular opinion that the SAFC is good for leaning but not for adding fuel.
