Dominator EFI ECU
I'm just curious if anyone has used one on a 3rd gen application. It looks like a lot of features for the money and don't really know why it wouldn't work. Does anyone see something obvious that I'm overlooking that would make it not usable/ or has anyone used it to success. Thanks. :icon_tup:

What specific options are you looking for? Everything the Holley Dominator can do is available from other manufacturers that are well proven and rotary engine compatible.

The Holley traction control requires the Davis box and it's a big dollar upgrade. So, price wise, it gets into an apples to apples comparison to something like Motec.
Syvecs does everything you want and has proven to work well with the rotary engine. Pro level traction control and knock control, E-85 compensation, failsafes, on board wideband, on board EGT, etc. It's not the least expensive system to get into. But it's an incredibly good system at a much lower price point than Motec with a pedigree and proven results on that same level. |
