Car won't start... Help!
 

I went on vacation for two weeks and my brother started my car and let it run for about ten minutes while giving it some gas occasionally. He did this once, Midway through my vacation. When I got back, the car would turn over but not start. I tried to charge the battery through a jump due to the lights opening sluggishly and wipers and windows operating slowly then got the battery tested with a result of 12.8v. So I've deduced that it isn't the battery. I'm thinking now that it may be that the engine is flooded and am going to try the unflooding procedure of taking out the EGI fuse and turning it over with the gas pedal pushed down all the way for about twenty seconds, replacing the fuse and attempting to start without touching the gas pedal and then repeating if needed.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I love the car so I'm hoping I don't have to spend a ton on something and this is an easy fix.
