WUHO_O? Rear Camber Upper Hub Camber Adjuster Bushing??
Anyone ever try these out?

Are you sure they don't replace the outer bushing on the front of the trailing arm? I don't see where you got "UPPER".

So it doesn't seem like it's a control arm bushing. It looks like it would only have 2 options, either in or out. Because with the bolt going through the bottom of the knuckle, I don't think it can move up and down if you tried to rotate the cam.
