Questions - for the people who are running vmounts how are you guys running air to your turbos? Are you using direct tubing to supply air straight to the filters? Ive seen many air inlets made (expensive) but wasn't sure if others are using another way to supply that cold air.
I have Greddy vmount for my FD but my concern is getting heated air from the engine bay sucked up into the filters. Reason Im asking.

Run a small intercooler so an intake to the single tubro can run directly to the front of the bumper inlet. This makes a huge difference for power. I swapped to mine and made 40-60WHP more from the cold air in the bumper vrs. the filter sucking behind a FMIC and radiator.

Another way you can do it is run a duct to feed a filter that is in the engine bay. We had one guy do this which made very good power on a smallish turbo (57mm compressor).

first up secured the top with some bent steel after having the radiator modified with bungs and the cap sealed.

had a fab shop handled the main lower mount/bash plate

Setting the lower height, pretty easy to change it in the future, also the note the oil cooler mounts.

Oil cooler lines cut to size and fittings installed

Intercooler brackets are pretty straight forward, its off centre to allow for water lines and easier piping

Ugly shit water lines but functional, will get these fixed up at a later date

I'm using a s4 thermostat housing and is currently blocking me from running an intake.

I want to reroute my upper radiator hose.
Where can I buy the thermostat housing and AST with the bottom exit?
